Apotikes Papadakis Arts Center: poster and tickets 2026

On December 17, 2017, the Limassol Municipality handed over the Limassol Municipal Arts Centre to the city. The centre is housed in historic warehouses kindly donated to the city by the family of Stathis Papadakis. The opening ceremony was presided over by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades, in the presence of Limassol Mayor Nicos Nicolaides, Stathis Papadakis himself, a large number of city residents, and other political and cultural figures. The first event at the centre was the exhibition "Soft Stone Documents", preceded by a rich musical programme performed by the Philharmonic Orchestra, the Papadakis Municipal Conservatory School String Quartet, and the Limassol Municipality String Quartet.
