FotoSlovo International Awards 2025 || from 23.09.2025 to 27.09.2025 || Apotikes Papadakis Arts Center

This month, Limassol will host the FotoSlovo International Awards 2025 exhibitions, where the work of the winners and finalists will be showcased in two stunning venues. FotoSlovo finalists will also be exhibiting in Fréjus, France, at the International Festival of Surrealist and Creative Photography.

Together, the FotoSlovo exhibitions celebrate the richness of contemporary photography: from vibrant documentary stories to lyrical reflections on climate change, bold experiments, street photography, and personal visual diaries.

Two events will be held in this coastal city of Cyprus. An exhibition featuring award-winning and finalist artists will take place next week at the Limassol Municipal Arts Centre – Apothikes Papadaki – from September 23rd to 27th. Curated by Georgios Taxiarchopoulos, the FotoSlovo exhibition will unfold, offering a striking dialogue between contemporary photography and its historical setting. At the exhibition opening at 7:00 PM, special guests will be able to see the photographs for the first time.

The Limassol University Library will also host an exhibition of works by the FotoSlovo Awards finalists from September 22 to 28. Meanwhile, the Villa Aurélienne in Fréjus, France, in collaboration with the International Festival of Surrealist and Creative Photography, will present the works of the FotoSlovo finalists from September 20 to 28, distributing their photographic masterpieces throughout Cyprus and France.
